About Reservation Procedures (Important)
Due to this system change, your previous membership registration information has not been transferred to the new reservation system.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but when making a reservation, we kindly ask that you either register again as a new member or enter your guest information each time.

Winter Season Information
We offer convenient services to help you make the most of your winter stay in Echigo Yuzawa.
■ Ski & Snowboard Rentals
Ski wear and ski/snowboard equipment are available for rent at the ski house adjacent to Sakura-tei.
Enjoy the snow without the hassle of bringing all your own gear.
Advance reservations are not available. Rentals are available on the day only. Equipment is suitable for beginner to intermediate skiers and snowboarders.
■ Ski Resort Shuttle Buses from Our Hotel
From late December to late March (scheduled), a temporary winter bus stop will be located directly in front of our hotel, providing access to selected ski resort shuttle buses.
Please note that shuttle bus schedules, routes, and operating periods are subject to change.
