Agemono(deep fried dish) - fried anago(saltwater eel) from Seto Inland Sea with three kinds of Toon vegetables

Mushimono(steamed dish) - seafood chawanmushi(Japanese savory egg custard)
Sunomono(vinegared dish) - vinegared mozuku seaweed with tororo(grated Japanese mountain yam)
