For dinner, we will have a pairing dinner at "Soba Dokoro Kitaen" where sake and food are paired,
For breakfast, we will serve a breakfast centered on fermented foods that are typical of the Cotton Street.

●Dinner will be prepared at "Soba Dokoro Kitaen".
・If you would like a non-alcoholic drink, we will change it to a non-alcoholic drink.
・"Soba Dokoro Kitaen" is located about a 2-minute walk away.
You can enjoy a "pairing dinner" that pairs sake with food.
At "Soba Dokoro Kitaen", you can enjoy the original taste and aroma of Izumo soba, the chewy texture, and hand-made soba made with local ingredients. This restaurant is popular with locals and tourists alike for its carefully crafted flavors.
The course menu includes appetizers, sashimi, duck loin, soba salad, tempura, and other dishes, as well as a soba noodle dish for the final course, all paired with sake from Sakamochida Honten. Enjoy the world of carefully crafted Izumo soba and sake.

For breakfast, you can enjoy a unique breakfast that is unique to the town of Cotton Road, where brewing is alive and well, with grilled rice balls made with re-brewed soy sauce from the long-established soy sauce brewery "Mochida Shoyuten," as well as lovingly prepared side dishes from the restaurant "Gohan-ya Cotton Flower," which serves as the kitchen of the Cotton Road, as well as fermented foods such as sweet sake and clam miso soup.
Enjoy a morning on the Cotton Road with a nostalgic and gentle breakfast.

We have blended over a dozen types of sake from "Sakamochida Honten" with the aim of improving your skin. Pour it into the bathtub and spend a luxurious time rejuvenating your mind and body.

The building was renovated to allow you to feel the atmosphere of the time, while leaving behind the damage and traces left on the building as "layered history" as people lived there. In order to allow you to enjoy the charming atmosphere of a Japanese house, there are no TVs, clocks, or bright lights. We hope you will enjoy a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
