Welcome to Unnan Yoshida, a town in Shimane Prefecture where tradition and nature remain deeply intertwined. Once home to historic Tatara iron-making, this area now hosts RITA Unnan Yoshida, a newly opened heritage inn.
Nestled in a quiet natural setting, it offers guests a serene retreat where history and culture can still be felt.

RITA Unnan Yoshida is a renovated heritage inn featuring 5 rooms across 2 traditional wooden buildings, once the homes of those who served the renowned Tatara ironmasters, the Tabe family.
Renovated with wood and clay, the buildings preserve their original charm and atmosphere.

Please note that rooms are not equipped with televisions or clocks, allowing you to enjoy a slower pace of life and appreciate the historical ambience. The preserved marks and traces of daily life over the years invite you to experience the layered history of this unique place.
