With this plan, you can savor the exceptional flavor and texture of Oita Wagyu prepared as both steak and tea-infused shabu-shabu.

The steak features 120g of tenderloin, a rare and prized cut known for its melt-in-your-mouth texture and mild flavor. The shabu-shabu, made with roasted brown rice tea, enhances the natural umami of the beef while offering a light and healthy dining experience. Enjoy the delicate aroma of roasted brown rice tea and matcha as you indulge in this exquisite meal.

Our head chef prepares each dish with care and dedication, offering a dining experience unique to this location.

Spring Quality: Natural alkaline simple hot spring, flowing directly from the source.
Treasured since ancient times as "medicinal water," this is one of the few natural hot springs in Yufuin.

Immerse yourself in the gentle water while enjoying a magnificent view of Mount Yufu.
