All ocean view rooms allow you to see the sunrise and full moon rising from the horizon.
Enjoy a course dinner that combines French techniques with the essence of Japanese cuisine such as sashimi, using plenty of seasonal ingredients such as local fish caught in the morning in Shimoda, fresh vegetables from Izu and our own farm, and domestic A5 rank Japanese black beef, overlooking the Shirahama coast. Please enjoy our dining experience.


[Meals]
・Enjoy a full-course French Japonais dinner.
・The standard breakfast will be a Japanese breakfast. If you would like a Western breakfast, please contact us at least one day before your stay.
・Dinner will be served at PM6:00
・Breakfast will be served from AM8:00 or AM8:30
・Meals will be served at the restaurant
・If you have any food allergies, we will only accept changes to the ingredients, so please write in the notes section. If you have a severe allergy, we may not be able to serve you the meal, so please let us know in advance.

[Private open-air bath]
・We offer private open-air baths STAR and SAKURA from natural Shimoda hot springs
・Rooms without baths are available free of charge to customers in TIFFANY and MONACO rooms on the 3rd floor.
・If you are in a room with a bath and would like to use it, please ask at check-in as it may be possible depending on availability.
・Advance reservations are not possible. Available on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in
