Enjoy a course dinner that combines French techniques with the essence of Japanese cuisine such as sashimi, using plenty of seasonal ingredients such as local fish caught in the morning in Shimoda, fresh vegetables from Izu and our own farm, and domestic A5 rank Japanese black beef, overlooking the Shirahama coast. Please enjoy our dining experience.
[Meals]
・Enjoy a full-course French Japonais dinner.
・The standard breakfast will be a Japanese breakfast. If you would like a Western breakfast, please contact us at least one day before your stay.
