Appetizer: Clams, needlefish, firefly squid, urui, kogomi, vinegared myoga, Chomaruju, vinegared jelly

Live: Fresh, assorted freshly caught local fish and seasonal fish

Raku: Large serving: Yomugitofu, Zen miso, strawberry, rape blossoms, raw yuba with Shiraae sauce

Small bowl: Assorted freshly caught local fish and seasonal fish

Hot: Appetizer - Eel head, Shinada roll with ferns, fried Sakura shrimp

Elementary school students will be served the same meals as adults.

Enjoy a seasonal Japanese Kaiseki course meal at your leisure in the dining area.

※The venue may change depending on the reservation situation, group use, etc.

 

■Meal time■

Food is served for approximately 120 minutes from the start of the meal.

We will finish the food according to the pace of your meal, so

it is possible to serve it earlier.

Please feel free to ask our staff if you would like to do so.

 

The last dinner time is 19:00.

Please note that we cannot serve regular dinner after 19:00.

A Japanese and Western buffet will be served in the dining area.

 

■Hot Springs■
The spring quality at our hotel is "sodium-calcium chloride springs".
Chloride springs have a great effect of warming the body, improving blood circulation and relaxing muscles. They also have a high heat retention effect,
and are less likely to cause chills, so they are also effective for those with poor circulation.
