- We aim to create a menu that reflects the seasons, focusing on local fish and vegetables. We also use carefully selected seasonings, and we consider the flow of the food to be well-balanced. Kaiseki cuisine consists of about 10 dishes. We use tableware made by local artists, and we place great importance on ensuring that it harmonizes with the food.

- We offer a high-quality traditional Japanese breakfast. We think it is important that our guests can enjoy our kettle-cooked, organic Milky Queen rice from Ibaraki. Our large, Kanto-style, thick omelet and lightly salted sun-dried horse mackerel are also sure to get your chopsticks moving. We carefully select the basics and serve them in a luxurious manner.
