Located near Omiya Street, one of the main roads in Kyoto, famous for the "Shinsengumi" and close to Nishi Honganji, this is "Kyoto Shichijo Mibu." A Kyoto machiya (traditional townhouse) over 100 years old has been renovated over time and revived as an accommodation! Please consider it as your lodging option when sightseeing in Kyoto.

Please note that this facility does not allow pets. We have transformed a traditional machiya into a lodging facility that combines the best aspects of a hotel and a ryokan, available for exclusive use for one group per day on the second floor.

It can be used for various purposes, such as a couple’s trip to Kyoto, group travel, visiting family, or celebrating special occasions. The Kyoto machiya offers a living room, Japanese-style room, bedroom, courtyard, dirt floor area, cypress bath, general household appliances, and even a washing machine and cooking utensils, allowing you to relax comfortably during your stay.

From check-in to check-out, staff are always prepared to respond to emergencies (via a dedicated phone) by your side. Additionally, our facility has passed strict inspections under the Ryokan Business Act, meeting standards for fire safety, hygiene, and functionality. Please enjoy your stay with peace of mind.
