JIMI Cuisine
“JIMI” represents our concept of enjoying the flavors of local ingredients (“Ji” meaning local, “Mi” meaning taste).
Our carefully prepared menu highlights regional specialties from Shinshu, including dishes such as a “Three-Item Shinshu Meat Platter.”
Meals may be served partially in buffet style depending on circumstances.
