【Regarding the accommodation tax】
From April 1, 2026, in accordance with Hokkaido regulations, a separate accommodation tax will be charged.
The accommodation tax will be the following amount per person per night.
Room rate under 20,000 yen: 100 yen
Room rate between 20,000 and 50,000 yen: 200 yen
Room rate over 50,000 yen: 500 yen

The dining facilities within the hotel require reservations. If you would like to change your reservation to include dinner, please contact us by the day before.
There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Thank you for your understanding.

◆ Smoking is prohibited in all rooms throughout the entire building. Smokers are requested to use the smoking area located on the first basement floor.
◆ There are no convenience stores near the hotel, so please be aware of this if you need to smoke.
◆ Tree cutting is prohibited at Lake Shikotsu to protect the natural environment and scenic beauty. As a result, in the summer, the lake visible from the guest rooms and lounge is partially obscured by leaves. We ask for your understanding that this is to protect the natural park. There is also a lake view spot located approximately a two-minute walk from the hotel. Please feel free to ask our staff for details.
◆ As the facility is located on a slope, there are many stairs. If you have difficulty moving around, our staff will be happy to assist you. Please feel free to ask.
◆ Check-in is from 3:00 PM / Check-out is at 11:00 AM (if a check-out time is specified for your accommodation plan, this will take priority).

The soft, moisturizing waters of Lake Shikotsu Hot Springs have earned it the nickname "beauty hot spring."
The water is a sodium bicarbonate spring known for its beauty properties.

【Rock-built Open-Air Bath and 1,000-Year-Old Ancient Cypress】
The rock-built open-air bath exudes a rustic atmosphere. In summer, the green of the trees sparkles in the sunlight, and in winter, you can enjoy the open-air bath with a view of the snow.
The indoor bath is made of ancient cypress wood said to be 1,000 years old.
The cold bath uses water drawn from Lake Shikotsu, so you can enjoy the natural comforts. A sauna is also available.
Relax your body and mind in this ancient bath.

This bath is exclusively for guests, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing soak.
Operating Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:40 PM, 6:00 AM - 9:40 AM (Reservation Required)

[Free Shuttle Bus Information]
Free shuttle bus operates from JR Chitose Station (reservation required)
Departs JR Chitose Station at 2:00 PM, leaves the hotel the following day at 11:00 AM
