◆Lake Shikotsu is prohibited from cutting down trees to protect its natural environment and scenic beauty. As a result, in the summer the lake visible from the guest rooms and lounge is partially obscured by leaves, but we ask for your understanding that this is to protect the natural park. There is also a lake view spot located about a two-minute walk from the hotel. Please feel free to ask our staff for details.

This one-night, dinner-only plan is recommended for those who have trouble waking up in the morning or who don't usually eat breakfast.

Check-out is at 11:00, so you can lounge around and take a nap until departure.

[Lake Shikotsu Hot Springs] 
The area around Lake Shikotsu, dotted with many active volcanoes, has long been known as a hot spring resort. 
The soft, moist waters of Lake Shikotsu Hot Springs have earned it the nickname "beauty hot springs." 
The spring quality is a sodium bicarbonate spring, also known as "beauty hot springs."

[Rock-built open-air bath and 1,000-year-old ancient cypress]
The rock-built open-air bath has a rustic atmosphere. In summer, the green of the trees sparkles in the sunlight, and in winter, you can enjoy the open-air bath while viewing the snow.
The indoor bath uses ancient cypress that is said to be 1,000 years old.
The cold bath uses water drawn from Lake Shikotsu, so you can enjoy the comfort of nature. A sauna is also available.
Please come and relax both body and mind in this ancient bath.

[Private Open-Air Bath]
Enjoy a relaxing soak in this private open-air bath, reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:40 PM, 6:00 AM - 9:40 AM (reservations required)
Fee: 40 minutes free (first-come, first-served reservations on the day)

[Free Shuttle Bus Information]
A free shuttle bus operates from JR Chitose Station (reservations required).
Departs JR Chitose Station at 2:00 PM, and the hotel departs the following day at 11:00 AM.

[Regarding accommodation tax] 
Starting from April 1, 2026, a separate accommodation tax will be charged in accordance with Hokkaido regulations. 
The accommodation tax will be charged per person per night as follows: 
Accommodation fees under 20,000 yen: 100 yen 
Accommodation fees between 20,000 yen and 50,000 yen: 200 yen
