Regarding Accommodation Tax
Starting from April 1, 2026, a separate accommodation tax will be charged in accordance with Hokkaido regulations.
The accommodation tax is the following amount per person per night.
Room rates under 20,000 yen: 100 yen
Room rates between 20,000 and 50,000 yen: 200 yen
Room rates over 50,000 yen: 500 yen

A Japanese set meal will be served at our restaurant.

◆This hotel is exclusively for guests 13 years of age and older.
◆Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building and in all rooms. Smokers are requested to use the smoking area on the first basement floor.
◆There are no convenience stores or other facilities near the hotel, so please be aware of this if you need to smoke.
◆ Tree cutting is prohibited around Lake Shikotsu to protect the natural environment and scenic beauty. Therefore, in the summer, the lake visible from the guest rooms and lounge is partially obscured by leaves. We ask for your understanding that this is to protect the natural park. There is also a lake view spot located approximately a two-minute walk from the hotel. Please feel free to ask our staff for details.
◆ As the facility is located on a slope, there are many stairs. If you have difficulty getting around, our staff will assist you. Please feel free to ask us for assistance.
◆ Check-in is from 3:00 PM / Check-out is at 11:00 AM (if a check-out time is specified for your accommodation plan, that time will take priority).

【Lake Shikotsu Hot Springs】
The area around Lake Shikotsu, dotted with many active volcanoes, has long been known as a hot spring resort.
The soft, moisturizing waters of Lake Shikotsu Hot Springs have earned it the nickname "beauty baths."
The water is a sodium bicarbonate spring known for its beauty benefits.

[Rock-built open-air bath and 1,000-year-old ancient cypress]
The rock-built open-air bath exudes a rustic atmosphere. In summer, the green of the trees sparkles in the sunlight, and in winter, you can enjoy the open-air bath with a view of the snow.
The indoor bath is made of ancient cypress said to be 1,000 years old.
The cold bath uses water drawn from Lake Shikotsu, so you can enjoy the natural comfort. A sauna is also available.
Relax both body and mind in this ancient bath.

[Private open-air bath]
This bath is exclusively for guests, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing soak.
Operating Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:40 PM, 6:00 AM - 9:40 AM (Reservations Required)
Usage Fee: Free for 40 minutes (Reservations on the day are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis)

【Free Shuttle Bus Information】
Free shuttle bus operates from JR Chitose Station (reservations required)
Departs JR Chitose Station at 2:00 PM, departs the hotel the next day at 11:00 AM
