【Regarding Accommodation Tax】
From April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will be charged separately in accordance with Hokkaido regulations.
The accommodation tax will be the following amount per person per night.
Accommodation fee less than 20,000 yen: 100 yen
Accommodation fee between 20,000 yen and 50,000 yen: 200 yen
Accommodation fee of 50,000 yen or more: 500 yen

Japanese kaiseki cuisine will be served in the dining area.

[Breakfast]
Japanese set meal will be served in the dining area.

◆This facility is exclusively for guests aged 13 and over.
◆The entire building and all rooms are non-smoking. Smokers are requested to use the smoking area on the basement floor.
◆There are no convenience stores or other shops around the building, so please be aware of this if you have any errands to run.
◆In Lake Shikotsu, logging is prohibited to protect the natural environment and scenic beauty. Therefore, in the summer, the lake visible from the guest rooms and lounge may be partially obscured by the leaves of the trees, but we ask for your understanding as this is to protect the natural park. There is a lake view spot about a 2-minute walk from our hotel. Please feel free to ask our staff.
◆As the facility is located on a slope, there are many stairs. If you have difficulty moving around, our staff will be happy to assist you. Please feel free to ask.
◆Check-in is from 15:00 / Check-out is at 11:00 (If a check-out time is set for your accommodation plan, that will take precedence).

【Shikotsu Lake Hot Springs】
The area around Lake Shikotsu, where many active volcanoes are scattered, has been known as a hot spring resort since ancient times.
Shikotsu Lake Hot Springs are known as "Beauty Hot Springs" due to the softness and moisturizing effect of the water.
The spring water is a sodium bicarbonate spring, which is known as a "Beauty Hot Spring."

【Rock-built open-air bath and 1,000-year-old ancient cypress tree】
The rock-built open-air bath has a rustic atmosphere. In summer, the green of the trees shines brightly in the sunlight, and in winter you can enjoy the open-air bath while watching the snow.
The indoor bath uses ancient cypress wood said to be 1,000 years old.
The cold bath uses water drawn from Lake Shikotsu, so please enjoy the natural comfort. A sauna is also available.
Please relax your mind and body in the ancient bath.

Free shuttle bus service from JR Chitose Station (Reservations required) Departure from JR Chitose Station at 14:00, departure from the hotel the following day at 11:00
