Discover Hakuba’s restaurants at your own pace, then return to the comfort of Shirouma-so. With historic wooden beams, traditional Japanese-style rooms and natural hot spring baths, our ryokan offers a welcoming place to unwind.
This room-only plan does not include breakfast or dinner.
◆ Natural Onsen
Relax in our natural hot spring baths, lined with distinctive Tako stone. The alkaline water is known for its smooth, silky feel.
Overnight guest bathing hours:
• 15:00–23:00
• 06:00–09:00
These are shared baths for overnight guests. Private bathing requires a separate reservation.
◆ Traditional Japanese Rooms
Enjoy tatami flooring, shoji screens and futon bedding laid out on the floor. All rooms are non-smoking and offer free Wi-Fi. Mountain views are available from some rooms.

• Happo-one Nakiyama lift: 5-minute walk

Shuttle services provide access to other resorts, including Iwatake, Tsugaike and Goryu. Routes and schedules vary by season.

Restaurants and bars are within a 5-minute walk, making it easy to explore Hakuba’s dining scene. Advance restaurant reservations are recommended during busy periods.
◆ Amenities & Facilities
Bath towels, hand towels, yukata robes and a tea set are provided. To help reduce waste, toothbrushes and selected disposable amenities are available at reception.
Two individual shower rooms in the annex are available 24 hours a day. Guests can also use the laundry facilities, ski lockers and boot drying room.
