Room & Breakfast | A Japanese Ryokan Stay with Natural Onsen

Start your day with a homemade Japanese breakfast prepared with fresh local ingredients, then head out to explore Hakuba. Just a 5-minute walk from the Happo-one Nakiyama lift, Shirouma-so offers traditional Japanese-style rooms and natural hot spring baths where you can unwind after a day in the mountains.

This plan includes breakfast. Dinner is not included.

◆ Homemade Japanese Breakfast

Enjoy a Japanese breakfast prepared with local ingredients and the personal touch of our ryokan’s hostess. For dinner, explore the restaurants and bars around Hakuba at your own pace.

If you have food allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before your stay so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your needs.

◆ Traditional Japanese Rooms

Our rooms feature tatami flooring, shoji screens and traditional futon bedding laid out on the floor. All rooms are non-smoking and offer free Wi-Fi. Mountain views vary by room.

◆ Natural Onsen

Relax in our shared natural hot spring baths, available to overnight guests during the following hours:

• 06:00–09:00
• 15:00–23:00

Private bathing requires a separate reservation and is available at different times.

Two individual shower rooms in the annex are available 24 hours a day.

◆ Location & Access

• Happo-one Nakiyama lift: 5-minute walk
• Happo-one gondola: 10-minute walk
• Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal: approximately 250 metres away, a 3-minute walk
• JR Hakuba Station: approximately 2 km away

Free on-site parking is available. Bus routes and schedules vary by season; please check transport information before travelling.

◆ Room Amenities

Flat-screen TV, safe, electric kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, heating, telephone, seating area, clothes hangers, bedding, towels and yukata robes.

Bath towels, hand towels and a tea set are provided. To help reduce waste, toothbrushes and selected disposable amenities are available at reception. Hairdryers, slippers and toilets with bidet functions are also available.
