Shoji Mount dinner is Kaiseki-ryori style.Kaiseki is d Traditional Japanese Multiple Course( Appetizer, Sashimi, Main dish, Tempura, Warm dish, and Other..)

Especially, main dish “Lava stone BBQ” is very popular.You can be freely grilled Wagyu(Japanese beef) and vegetables on the lava stone plate from Mt.fuji. Natural lava stone has far infrared ray effect ,that brings out the flavor of the raw ingredients.
