Both breakfast and dinner are served in the privacy of our exclusive dining rooms.
Dinner: Seasonal Kaiseki Course Savor a multi-course dinner featuring the finest treasures from the mountains and the sea, harvested from the lush natural surroundings of the Tango region. Our chef prepares each dish based on the freshest arrivals of the day.
※Important Note regarding Crab: From November 10th to March 20th, please book our dedicated "Crab Plan" if you wish to enjoy crab dishes. Crab is not included in this standard plan.
Breakfast: A gentle start to your morning featuring red rice porridge, homemade tofu, and thick, locally-sourced dried fish. Enjoy local flavors such as miso soup with clams caught from the sea right before your eyes and premium Tango rice. After your meal, we serve handmade Kuzukiri (arrowroot noodles) with elegant black honey, accompanied by fresh coffee.
■ Natural Hot Springs: Amanohashidate Onsen ■
Known as "The Bath of the Gods," our 100% pure hot spring water is drawn from 1,500 meters underground. This "Bihada-no-yu" (skin-beautifying water) is incredibly smooth and moisturizing. Our baths feature the warmth of natural wood, with bathtubs made of Koya Maki (Umbrella Pine) and walls of chestnut wood. Please unwind and let your fatigue melt away.
