Please check your email and booking details from the Yamazatonoiori Soene reservation desk within a few days to confirm your reservation.
Access by Public Transportation
Guests can take a public bus from JR Takayama Station via the Shin-Hodaka Ropeway route.
Please get off at Fukuji Yurimizaka Bus Stop (HO41).
The property is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop.
The bus ride from JR Takayama Station takes approximately 80 minutes.
Location
Set amid the beautiful natural landscape of the Okuhida Onsengo hot spring area,
Yamazatonoiori Soene offers a peaceful and scenic retreat surrounded by nature.
The property features traditional Japanese-style rooms with river or garden views.
Rooms & Amenities
Providing a peaceful escape from the city, all guest rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and refrigerator.
All rooms are equipped with a private toilet.
For bathing, guests are invited to use the three on-site hot spring bathing areas within the property.
Slippers, yukata robes, and samue (comfortable room wear) are provided for all guests.
During the winter season, rubber boots are also available.
Most rooms feature traditional Japanese-style bedding on tatami (woven straw) floors,
and only one room is furnished with Western-style beds.
Hot Spring Baths
The property features three natural hot spring bathing areas, all supplied with
free-flowing natural hot spring water directly from the source (gensen kakenagashi).
One large public bath with a semi-open-air bath and a shallow hot spring bath
Two open-air baths located directly beside the river, offering scenic views
Two private hot spring baths, each with both indoor and outdoor baths
The private hot spring baths do not require a reservation and may be used freely when available.
Meals
A set menu breakfast and kaiseki cuisine (traditional Japanese multi-course meals) are served during your stay.
Dinner is served from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
If your arrival is after 7:00 PM, dinner may not be provided.
We are unable to accommodate menu changes based on personal food preferences.
Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM.
Please note that we cannot prepare breakfast before this time.

Transportation & Winter Driving Information
If you are using a car navigation system, please enter 0578-89-1116 in advance.
During winter (November to March), snow tires are required.
The property is a 15-minute drive to the Shin-Hodaka Ropeway,
a 30-minute drive to the Kamikochi area,
and approximately 60 minutes by car to Mount Norikura.
