Spa Access:
A spa usage fee of JPY 2,200 (tax included) applies per person.
However, members of the SORANO Loyalty Program may enjoy complimentary spa access.

This special rate is valid only for stays of 2 to 3 consecutive nights.
If your stay is shortened to fewer than 2 nights, this rate will no longer apply, and a new reservation will be required.

As part of our eco-friendly concept, no daily housekeeping service will be provided during your stay, and staff will not enter your room.
If you require towel replacement or trash collection, please contact the front desk at any time.

For stays of 4 nights or more, a separate reservation is required.
In consideration of hygiene standards, housekeeping service will be provided after every 3 consecutive nights (on the 4th day).

※For guests staying in a Spa Suite, the treatment benefit is offered once per stay.
