Akaushi Steak Kaiseki Dinner

Savor our signature Akaushi beef steak, featuring the rich flavor and natural sweetness of premium Japanese beef.

In addition to the main Akaushi steak, the seasonal kaiseki dinner includes local specialties such as whole grilled yamame trout and simmered seasonal vegetables, allowing you to experience the delicious flavors of Aso throughout the meal.

Please note that menu items may change without prior notice depending on weather conditions and ingredient availability.

Whole Grilled Yamame Trout

Slowly grilled to perfection, this is one of our signature dishes. The fish is prepared so that even the bones and head can be enjoyed.
