Dinner

Sakura Shabu-Shabu with Horse Meat

Enjoy our original Sakura Shabu-Shabu, featuring finely marbled horse meat gently cooked in our light, specially prepared broth.

Without the use of ponzu or sesame sauce, this unique shabu-shabu allows you to fully savor the rich flavor and umami of the broth.

If you do not eat horse meat, you may change to Akaushi Beef Shabu-Shabu instead.

If you would like to make this change, please indicate your preference in the remarks section when making your reservation or contact us by the day before your stay.

Your kaiseki dinner also features seasonal delicacies from Aso, including our signature whole grilled yamame trout, slowly cooked so that even the bones can be enjoyed, as well as simmered seasonal vegetables.
