Our Signature Akaushi Steak

Savor the rich flavor and natural sweetness of our signature Akaushi steak, tender and juicy with every bite.

In addition to the main Akaushi steak, enjoy a seasonal kaiseki dinner featuring the flavors of Aso, including whole grilled yamame trout and simmered seasonal vegetables.
