Our Signature Akaushi Steak

Savor our signature Akaushi steak, and enjoy its juicy texture and the natural sweetness of the beef.

In addition to the main Akaushi steak, your kaiseki dinner features a selection of seasonal flavors from Aso, including whole grilled yamame trout and simmered seasonal vegetables.

Please note that menu items may change without prior notice depending on ingredient availability and weather conditions.
