Akaushi cattle eat approximately 60–70 kg of grass each day and walk 3–6 km.

In Aso, home to vast grasslands, Akaushi cattle are raised freely in a stress-free environment while feeding on an abundance of high-quality pasture.

Savor the exceptional flavor of Akaushi beef steak, raised in this natural environment.

In addition to the main Akaushi steak, enjoy a kaiseki-style dinner featuring the seasonal flavors of Aso, including whole grilled yamame trout and simmered seasonal vegetables.
