Enjoy our signature Akaushi beef steak, cooked to perfection to bring out the naturally rich sweetness and tenderness of the meat.

In addition to the Akaushi beef steak, a seasonal Kaiseki dinner featuring the flavors of Aso awaits, including grilled whole yamame trout and seasonal vegetables simmered to perfection.

This room features a private open-air bath, allowing you to enjoy our signature free-flowing natural hot spring whenever you wish.
