Enjoy the rich flavor of Akaushi beef raised in this natural, stress-free environment, served as a delicious steak.
In addition to the main Akaushi beef steak, enjoy a seasonal Kaiseki dinner featuring the finest flavors of Aso, including grilled whole yamame trout and seasonal vegetables simmered to perfection.
