Akaushi cattle are raised freely in the vast grasslands of Aso, where they graze on plenty of high-quality pasture and enjoy a spacious natural environment.
Experience the delicious flavor of Akaushi beef raised in this stress-free environment, served as a succulent steak.
In addition to the main Akaushi beef steak, enjoy a seasonal Kaiseki dinner featuring the flavors of Aso, including grilled whole yamame trout and seasonal vegetables simmered to perfection.
