【Dinner】

Enjoy our signature Akaushi beef steak, cooked to perfection to bring out the naturally rich sweetness and tenderness of the meat.

In addition to the main Akaushi beef steak, we offer a traditional Kaiseki-style dinner featuring the finest flavors of Aso and seasonal ingredients, including whole-grilled char and seasonal vegetables simmered in a flavorful broth.

*The menu may change without prior notice depending on ingredient availability and weather conditions.

A specialty of our ryokan. The fish is slowly grilled so that even the bones and head can be enjoyed.

The third-generation owner of Sozankyo personally worked with local producers to create this special breakfast featuring carefully selected ingredients from Aso.
