*This property is a rental villa where two groups stay in one building: Room A on the 1st and 2nd floors, and Room B on the 3rd floor and rooftop (each room has a separate entrance and is completely independent).
*Due to the building's structure, please be aware that footsteps and other everyday noises may be heard.
●Please be sure to read the "Terms of Service," "Frequently Asked Questions," and "Privacy Policy" before making a reservation.
●Parking (free) is available for one standard-sized car. If you are arriving with two cars, please use nearby coin-operated parking lots.
●For 1-2 people, the bedding provided will be two semi-double beds.
●For 3-4 people, the bedding will be two semi-double beds and two single beds.
●For 5 people, the bedding will be two semi-double beds, two single beds, and one futon.
●Even for groups exceeding 5 people (up to 7 people), no additional bedding is provided, so please arrange for children to share a bed.
(For 7 people, please book for 6 people and select "Add 1 person per night" from the "Options" section.)
●Children aged 6 and over, and preschool children using bedding, should be entered as adults.
●Up to 2 preschool children sharing a bed are free of charge; from the 3rd child onwards, please enter them as adults.
●Cleaning is not provided during consecutive night stays. Cleaning services are available for an additional fee. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the circumstances.
●The same rates apply to day use as to overnight stays.
