- There is one parking space per room (about 1 minute walk).
- Children 7 years old or over and preschoolers using bedding should be entered as an adult.
- Up to 2 preschool children sleeping together are free of charge, but please enter the third child as an adult.
- Cleaning will not be done during consecutive stays. If you would like cleaning, we will charge an additional fee. Depending on the situation, we may not be able to accept your request.

- The bedding provided is 4 semi-double beds.
- Even if there are more than 4 people, additional bedding will not be provided, so please use existing beds.
