Both the private open-air bath and indoor bath are filled with Iwamuro Onsen’s natural “Kuroyu” (Black Hot Spring) water, supplied directly from the source without reheating or recirculation.
Facing a tranquil bamboo grove, this room offers a distinctive atmosphere where you can experience the charm of a traditional Japanese ryokan.

【About Iwamuro Onsen’s “Kuroyu”】
Iwamuro Onsen is known for its distinctive “Kuroyu,” or Black Hot Spring, named for the dark-colored mineral deposits that may appear in the water.
Black particles can sometimes form when sulfur and iron compounds combine and may adhere to the skin. They are completely harmless.
We invite you to enjoy this unique feature as part of the authentic Iwamuro Onsen experience.
