The pension, which had been left unused for many years, has been completely renovated.

Typically, high-standard vacation homes in the form of detached villas are called "villas," but at our facility, we offer four rooms in a terrace house style (attached units with shared walls between rooms).

On the first floor, you'll find a living room and kitchen (10 tatami mats) with vintage cherry flooring, an antique sofa, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is equipped with an IH cooking heater, an electric kettle, a refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hairdryer.

For bedding, the first-floor Japanese-style room (6 tatami mats) has two single low beds, and on the second floor, there are two rooms with futons (6 tatami mats each), making it easy for groups to stay together.

In the bath and kitchen, we’ve reused tiles that are now rare and costly to install, adding a sense of the building’s history.

From the first-floor living room, there is a small private garden. While maintaining privacy, you can enjoy the sounds of nature, such as the chirping of birds, the buzzing of insects, and the rustling of tree leaves, as well as the scents of fragrant olive (kinmokusei) and oak trees (konara).
