Enjoy charcoal-grilled local vegetables and Ehime's brand beef, Iyo beef, etc. The chef carefully selects the most delicious ingredients of the season.
Enjoy our "local gastronomy," a unique culinary experience using approximately 90% ingredients from Ehime Prefecture.
We also offer a drink pairing course.

Examples of seasonal ingredients:

  • Spring | Live shrimp, local chicken, charcoal, cod roe, turnip, silken seaweed, conger eel, soba noodles, fermented food, white sea bream, udo (Japanese spikenard), sansho pepper, shellfish, strawberries, butterbur sprouts
  • Summer | Kuruma shrimp, myoga ginger, amagi (a type of sea bream), sea urchin, bread beans, eel, watercress, finger lime, lettuce, grouper, swimming crab, peach
  • Autumn | Kuruma shrimp, caviar, mackerel, walnuts Barracuda, seaweed, local chicken, mushrooms, swimming crab, grouper, matsutake mushroom, hairtail, grapes, chestnuts
  • Winter | Bigfin reef squid, cauliflower, pufferfish, monkfish, apple, soft-shelled turtle, eel, koji, golden sesame, swimming crab, Iyo Bijin, grouper, Chinese cabbage, prawn, cigar, citrus, Shichifuku sweet potato

A library curated by book director Yoshitaka Haba, based on these four themes, has been set up.
Cocktails and whiskey are available during after-dinner bar time. (Charge applies)

Yoga mats are provided in the guest rooms.
In addition, you can enjoy meditation experiences in the chapel overlooking a water garden,
