A plan with a tasting of local Hokuriku sake in Kutani ware sake cups

・The plan will be prepared in the restaurant during dinner.

　You can choose three types of local sake from the three Hokuriku prefectures of Ishikawa, Fukui, and Toyama per person.

　You can also enjoy the appearance of the Kutani ware small plates and sake cups. *If you don't like local sake, you can change to a fruit sake tasting.

・One set of Kutani ware sake cups and small plates (one set per adult) will be presented as a souvenir.

In the dining area, enjoy the chef's pride and joy, kaiseki cuisine and local sake in a space separated by a partition.

Basic kaiseki course [Kaga no Toki] prepared by the young chef.

■Breakfast

For breakfast, we offer "three types of fish to choose from" and freshly made rolled omelet in the open kitchen.

Katayamazu Onsen is a famous hot spring that is renowned throughout the country as one of the Hokuriku "Kaga Onsenkyo" hot springs.
Located on the shores of Lake Shibayamagata overlooking the sacred mountain Hakusan, the spring quality is a sodium-calcium chloride spring.
It has a heat-retaining effect, so the bath does not cool down easily, and is said to be effective against poor circulation, which is common among women.
At our hotel, we do not add water or heat the water much, so that you can enjoy Katayamazu Onsen more directly on your skin.
