We use frozen snow crab.

A whole crab will be served with the meal.
For those who love crab but can't eat that much!
We have prepared a standard crab kaiseki meal for those people.

Approximately 13 dishes, starting with an aperitif, including appetizers and sashimi.
A menu that includes a snow crab platter that lets you savor the rich crab miso.
*Even if you stay more than two nights, the snow crab portion will remain the same.
■--Breakfast--■
For breakfast, choose from three types of fish.
You can enjoy grilled fish and delicious rice cooked in a pot, with the flavors unique to the Hokuriku region.

■--Dining Area--■
Breakfast and dinner are served in a semi-private room or the large hall.

■--Services--■
Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM for long-term stays.
Free WiFi is available in all rooms throughout the hotel.
Welcome tea service in the lobby (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

Katayamazu Onsen is a famous hot spring known throughout Japan as one of the Hokuriku "Kaga Onsenkyo" hot spring resorts.
Located on the shores of Lake Shibayamagata, overlooking the sacred Mount Hakusan, the spring water is a sodium-calcium chloride spring.
It has a heat-retaining effect, so it keeps you warm after bathing, and is said to be effective against sensitivity to cold, which is common among women.
In order to allow you to experience the natural hot spring water more directly on your skin, our hotel rarely adds water to heat the water, allowing you to enjoy Katayamazu Onsen.
