- As you know, this area, with its clean water, is famous for its rice and sake. Under the culinary supervision of the owner of a famous restaurant in Azabu, which the owner fell in love with, you can enjoy authentic kaiseki cuisine that combines local delicacies and cuisine that is entirely handmade. Our head chef is a daily connoisseur of ingredients and purchases the best quality ingredients for each day's cooking. Please enjoy the depth of Aizu's cuisine. Our sake connoisseur selects and prepares a variety of local sake such as Tobiketuki, Daishichi, Sharaku, Tenmei, and Aizu Musume, as well as carefully selected sake from all over the country. We also offer delicious Japanese cuisine that goes well with sake.
- Breakfast
- Our hotel puts a lot of effort not only in the evening, but also in the morning, when the day begins. We would be happy to help you start your day. We believe that the origin of Japanese cuisine can be found in the rice cooked in an earthenware pot with locally produced Koshihikari rice that has absorbed plenty of hot spring water, and the flavorful miso soup made in a fukusa style. The green bean curd boasts flavor, richness, sweetness, and smoothness. The menu is designed to be enjoyed by all five senses, including the octagonal stacked boxes, which are so elaborate that you will look forward to the first course. We hope you will enjoy it on the morning of your departure.
