[traumereiは、白馬村の美しい自然に囲まれたホテルです。

トロイマリーの料理は、故パトリック・パージュというフランスの偉大なシェフへのオマージュです。ミシュランの星を獲得したシェフであるパー​​ジュの美食への影響力は、トロイマリーのフランス料理に本格的な味わいを与えています。
南フランスでミシュランの星を獲得したレストランを成功させたパージュは、ミッテラン元フランス大統領をはじめとする著名人を顧客に抱えていました。

その非の打ちどころのない水準が高く評価されているトロイメアリーの料理は、フランス国内であれば容易にミシュランの星を獲得できるだろうと、かつてPages誌は評したことがある。

今日、トロイメアリーでは、ペイジの情熱と精神が受け継がれています。ペイジのもとで修業を積んだ熟練シェフたちが、その卓越した技術で目の肥えたお客様を喜ばせるべく、日々努力を重ねています。

メインコースは、肉料理と魚料理からお選びいただけます。お食事には、4種類の前菜と2種類のデザート、コーヒー、キャンディーも含まれています。
