[traumerei is a hotel surrounded by the scenic nature of Hakuba village.

The culinary creation of Troimearie is a homage to the late French Grand Chef, Patrick Pages. A Michelin-starred chef, Pages's gastronomic influence has imparted authenticity to Troimearie’s French cuisine.
Pages, who ran a successful Michelin-starred restaurant in Southern France, had prominent figures such as former French President Mitterrand among his clientele.

Highly lauded for its impeccable standard, Pages once acknowledged that Troimearie’s culinary creation could easily earn Michelin stars back in France.

Today, the passion and ethos of Pages are kept alive in Troimearie. Our dedicated chefs, trained under Pages, continuously strive to delight our discerning guests with their craft.

For the main course, we offer a choice of meat and fish. Your meal also includes an array of four hor d'oeuvres and two desserts, complemented by coffee and candies.

■ Breakfast ■ Enjoy our exquisite French croissants, baked fresh to order, and café au lait at your leisure in your room. If you prefer, breakfast can be served on the terrace overlooking the garden. *We prepare breakfast at 8:00, 8:30 or 9:00, as per your preference.

■ Private Outdoor Hot Spring Bath ■ Our bath, adorned with natural stones imported from Spain and Italy, basks in the bright sunlight during the day. At night, soak beneath the extraordinary spectacle of a starry sky.
