Dinner features a seasonal creative kaiseki course prepared with carefully selected ingredients from the Ise-Shima region, including specialties such as Ise spiny lobster and Matsusaka beef, depending on the season.

Every guest room features its own private open-air bath filled with natural hot spring water from Shinmisato Onsen, known as the Hot Spring of Longevity.
