Dinner:

Enjoy your meal at one of our partner restaurants in the Tsuruoka area, all of which are within a five-minute drive.

Leave the arrangements to our hotel staff. But if you have any preferation, please let us know.

Our menu features an abundance of seasonal ingredients sourced from nearby farms, including vegetables, rice, and mountain delicacies.

Our proximity to Wakasa provides access to fresh seafood as well.

We serve Japanese kaiseki cuisine, hot pot dishes, game meat, ayu sweetfish dishes, and more.

Immerse yourself in the local food, people, and culture for a special experience.

- Kitchen Yururi: A popular creative cuisine restaurant in a traditional Japanese private house
-Kappo Ryori Shintaro: A restaurant run by a chef who trained at the Kyoto ryotei

Please note that guests are responsible for their own cars between their room and the restaurant.

However, we provide pick-up and drop-off setvice for guests who have enjoyed alcoholic beverages. Please inquire in advance.

Meals are primarily served at the restaurant. Catering is available upon request.

Meals for children in elementary school and above are the same as adult's meals.

Children's meals are available upon request and feature different dishes.

 

Breakfast:

A "Slightly Indulgent Breakfast" prepared by renowned partner restaurants is delivered to your room.

We offer a rotating selection of breakfasts from multiple famous restaurants, including Japanese-style set meals or bento boxes.

Thinking about life here while looking at the black well-smoked beams

The Gorombo (beams) smoked by the smoke from the sunken hearth and kamado are amazing.
The rare old-fashioned Daido Kamoi (sliding door lintel structure) is still in place.
The tiled Goemon bath(traditional bath) is kawaii and a delightful room.

At night, the pendant light and the light from the stand create a moist atmosphere.
