Rooms with great views from the large windows.
The cedar bark roof houses that were built in large numbers in this area are characteristic, and their survival in the main house is rarer than the Kayabuki thatched roofs.
Bathroom is starlit.
There is also a space in the attic where you can contemplate the view.
The traditional summer fire festival, "Agematsu," which is carefully passed down by the local community, can be viewed from the guest rooms.
Agematsu is a fire festival to pray for protection from fire and a good harvest by throwing torches toward a lantern held at the top of a 20-meter-high pole and lighting it on fire.
From the MATSUAKARI (whole house rent), you can see the "Agematsu" festival held on August 24th.
*The date of the Agematsu at Tono Village(this festival held in this rural village) may be changed to the close Saturday night depending on the year.
