For breakfast, guests are welcomed to Local Dining “Mimasaka Kitchen”, where a Japanese and Western buffet is served. In addition to classic breakfast offerings, the buffet features regional specialties such as tamago kake gohan (rice topped with a carefully selected egg), said to have originated in Okayama Prefecture, as well as fresh vegetable salads. Guests may enjoy a relaxed morning buffet highlighting the flavors of Tsuyama and the greater Okayama region.
