Enjoy a culinary journey through Okayama, a region known as the “Land of Sunshine,” where a mild climate nurtures an abundance of exceptional ingredients.
This course highlights locally raised Nagi Beef, paired with carefully selected domestic beef, offering a variety of dishes that showcase the depth and character of premium Japanese beef.
Nagi Beef is raised in the tranquil natural surroundings of Nagi Town in northern Okayama. Fed with pure spring water from Mount Nagi and local specialties including the "Sakushu Kuro" variety of black soybeans, it is prized for its delicate marbling and rich umami. In this course, savor it as sukiyaki, where the marbled fat melts into a flavorful broth, and as a teppanyaki-style steak, expertly prepared right before you.
The experience also includes an assortment of locally loved Tsuyama beef delicacies served as an appetizer, along with dishes such as carpaccio, pot-au-feu, and delicately steamed preparations with a hint of citrus—creating a refined multi-course dinner that celebrates beef in all its forms.
