- The ticket is non-refundable.
- The ticket could let you access to the onsen without being charge for the admission fee and times limitation during the opening hours of the onsen within the duration of your stay.
- The ticket is limited to use for the Onsen. Other services will be charged separately. (i.e. spa treatments, bedrock sauna, meals and drinks, etc)
- ※For non-Japanese visitor who with tattoos is also welcomed to the Onsen by present either the passport or the residence card to Tamanoyu at the reception.
