A5 Hida Wagyu - Sukiyaki dinner-

Enjoy the luxury of Hida's local brand beef, "Hida Beef," with sukiyaki.

You can enjoy A5 grade Hida beef, prepared with Wanosato's secret sukiyaki stock, which has a mellow flavor, in two types: the standard sukiyaki "egg" and the chef's original "grated radish sauce."

The rich, carefully-prepared eggs and refreshingly new grated sauce are popular with repeat customers who say, ''It completely transforms the concept of sukiyaki.'' Please try it once.

■Dinner■

We will be serving "Hida Beef Sukiyaki Kaiseki".

Dinner time: 17:30 / 18:00 / 18:30 / 19:00

■Breakfast■

A Japanese breakfast with a rich local flavor, including hoba miso, which is representative of Hida's local cuisine, Hida rice cooked in an earthenware pot.

Breakfast time: 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00

＜＜Private bath ＞＞

Due to popular demand, the hot spring public bath can be used as a private bath.

・Private reservation hours (50 minutes each) 1) 18:00-18:50 2) 19:10-20:00 3) 20:10-21:00 4) 21:10-22:00

・Normal bathing hours for men and women: 15:00-17:50 (Rock bath: men, Cypress bath: women) / 6:30-10:00 (Rock bath: women, Cypress bath: men)

*We will inform you of the time in the order of arrival, so we may not be able to accommodate your request.

*Since the large hot spring bath will be used as a private bath, the regular bathing hours for men and women will be changed. Thank you for your cooperation.

■Hot spring■

The only ‘Hida Kuraiyama Onsen' in Japan.

There is a ‘rock bath' that uses huge stones from the Jomon period which emits radium, and a ‘cypress bath' which is attractive with its scent and magnificent scenery. Please enjoy two different types of hot spring. Both hot spring time will switch by men and women at night and in the morning.

■Wanosato Lounge Hearth■

After dinner, Wanosato's Kataribe（Storyteller） will provide you a little hospitality with ‘Kapposake,' a local sake warmed in green bamboo cup.

From midnight 2 days before to one day before: 50% of the accommodation fee
From midnight 10 days before to 3 days before: 20% of the accommodation fee

From midnight 30 days before to 11 days before: 10% of the accommodation fee
