"Saga Beef" refers to Japanese Black Beef produced in Saga Prefecture that has a meat quality of "5" or "4" according to the beef trading standards set by the Japan Meat Grading Association,
and a marbling grade of "7" or higher.

●Breakfast - Japanese Set Meal (Breakfast Venue)
Breakfast is a Japanese set meal featuring Ureshino's specialty "Ureshino Onsen Yudofu," made with 100% Ureshino-grown "Fukuyutaka" soybeans.
We offer a breakfast unique to Ureshino, including "tea vinegar" and "tea porridge" made with Ureshino tea, and "Ureshino tea seaweed tsukudani" made with seaweed from the Ariake Sea and Ureshino tea.
