We offer kaiseki cuisine made with fresh, locally sourced seasonal ingredients and fragrant Ureshino tea.
Enjoy the special flavors you can only get in Ureshino with our original "Ocha Sugino Suri" (Recommended Tea Rubbing).

For breakfast, we offer a Japanese set meal featuring Ureshino's specialty "Ureshino Onsen Yudofu," made with 100% Ureshino-grown "Fukuyutaka" soybeans.
We offer a breakfast unique to Ureshino, including "tea vinegar" and "tea porridge" made with Ureshino tea, and "Ureshino Tea Nori Tsukudani," a dish made by combining Ariake Sea nori seaweed with Ureshino tea.
