We serve piping hot boiled crab, Hōsho-yaki (grilled in Echizen paper), crab sashimi (can be changed to shabu-shabu), crab miso, a mini Seiko crab bowl, and other seasonal delicacies. The "Branded Tag Echizen Crab" personally selected and purchased at auction by the owner will be shared among the guests in your party.

●Breakfast
We serve a "Crab Hot Pot" using branded Echizen crab. After the hot pot, you can also enjoy "Crab Porridge." We also prepare other fresh seafood delicacies from Echizen. If the weather is good, you can also savor sashimi from the morning's catch.

--The male snow crabs caught in Fukui Prefecture are called "Echizen-gani"
Echizen is one of the most optimal fishing grounds for crab. The rich sea, with its coastal topography, abundant food, and seawater temperature, creates an environment that nurtures high-quality crabs. Our ryokan, Yamazaki, holds the right to purchase crabs directly, allowing us to acquire carefully selected crabs chosen by our chefs without going through wholesalers.
--The female snow crabs landed at the ports of Fukui Prefecture are called "Seiko-gani." Compared to male crabs, they are smaller, but they are characterized by their densely packed crab miso and the crimson internal roe called "Red Diamonds." We serve this as a mini bowl over hot rice.
